You may use the Service to analyze text you own or have the right to submit for this purpose, including your own writing or writing you have permission to check. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

• Send automated, bulk, or excessive requests that place unreasonable load on the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service’s underlying detection methods
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to analyze

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Results should not be treated as conclusive proof of authorship and should be considered alongside other evidence and human judgment, particularly in academic or disciplinary settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapling AI Detector and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including decisions made based on detection results.

All content, design, branding, and underlying technology associated with the Service are the property of Sapling AI Detector or its licensors. You retain ownership of any text you submit for analysis; we do not claim ownership over your content.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
